Kricko is a 100% offline large language model (LLM) chat application developed by Cortiqa ("Cortiqa," "we," "us," or "our"). We built Kricko with a privacy-first architecture: your conversations, prompts, and personal data remain strictly on your physical device. Kricko enables you to run powerful LLM models entirely offline without any internet dependency.

This Privacy Policy details how Kricko operates, confirming that no personal data or conversational inputs are collected, tracked, or transmitted across our systems or third-party networks.

2. Zero Data Collection & 100% Offline LLM Inference

Unlike cloud-based AI services, Kricko operates entirely within your local hardware environment using offline LLM technology:

• Local LLM Processing: All large language models execute entirely on your device hardware (CPU/GPU) using local inference runtimes. No cloud computing is involved.
• No Cloud AI Transmission: Unlike conventional remote chat APIs, your prompts, inputs, and generated outputs are NEVER sent to Cortiqa servers, or any external cloud AI provider. All inference happens 100% offline on your device.
• No Account or Login Required: Kricko does not require user registration, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or authentication credentials.
• Fully Offline Operation: Once the LLM model is downloaded to your device, Kricko works completely without an internet connection. Your AI assistant is always available, anywhere, anytime.

3. Local Data Storage

All interaction history is kept strictly confidential on your physical device:

• Conversation History: Your chats are stored locally on your device in secure local application storage. No conversation data ever leaves your device.
• LLM Model Weights: Downloaded model files are stored securely on your device's local storage and are used exclusively for offline inference.
• User Control: You have full control to clear individual chats, wipe all conversation history, or delete downloaded models at any time through the app.
• Zero Cortiqa Access: Cortiqa has zero access to your stored chats, device logs, model interactions, or local storage.

4. Internet Usage

Kricko requires Internet permission strictly and solely for the following technical functions:

• Downloading LLM model weights directly to your device upon your explicit request. Once downloaded, models run completely offline.
• Checking for mandatory application version updates.

Kricko does not transmit analytics, telemetry, crash identifiers, or user interaction tracking over the network. After initial model download, the app functions entirely offline.

5. Third-Party Sharing & Selling

We do not collect, sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

Kricko is 100% advertising-free and contains no third-party ad tracking SDKs.
